Turning sugar into software.

Indie Developer

I am a backend software developer with primary experience in Java and Spring Boot. To be completely honest, I spend most of my day thinking about food—As soon as I finish eating I start thinking about my next meal, I work out thinking about what I'll eat later, and I do yard work dreaming of cookouts. Since I'm counting calories and can't eat as much dessert as I'd like, that obsession tends to spill over into my projects! When I'm not reading books or playing Polytopia, I build apps to polish my skills, learn new things, and hopefully earn a little extra money to buy... well, more food.

Mastery Bake

Start with zero Reputation and build your baking skills in a kingdom obsessed with sweets. Watch your desserts visually evolve as you purchase upgrades to increase your CPS. Reach high prestige to fulfill the baker's dream of serving the royal family, then continue progressing to collect seasonal treats and build your permanent pastry shelf.

"Scaling a business has never tasted this sweet."

Developer's Note I started developing this game to polish my skills in React and TypeScript since most jobs want full stack and my experience is mostly on backend. I have always wanted to publish a game in the Play Store so this one will get to be my first one, so I'm also learning how is all of that process and setup. I also like clicker games and like the idea of seeing the progression of a dessert changing with the more you spend time on it.

Meal & Pantry Planner

Smart inventory management that calculates recipes based on current stock.

"Because code shouldn't be the only thing you cook this week."

Developer's Note The goal is to do an app that I very much want to use to be able to better plan my meals with the groceries I already have at my house and to be able to easily track my macros. For the tech stack I'm still deciding what I'm going to be learning with this one, but since it is something that I currently want I might choose to polish an existing skill so the development is faster.
